Workshop/Seminar Schedule

The Seminole State College Small Business Development Center is a nonprofit organization that is designed to assist Seminole County business owners. Below, you will find a list of programs that are offered for the months specified. Advance registration is required prior to all training.

You may register online or download the Registration Form and return it to the SBDC via fax, or by standard mail, with a check. Visa and MasterCard are accepted; checks must be payable to "Seminole State College." Contact information is on the forms.

Building the Ultimate Business Plan (6 – 9 p.m.)

Learn the value of a meaningful and realistic business plan. Identify research methods for controlling risk. Understand your competitive advantage. Define a business strategy and marketing plan.

Map out operational and financial details. Understand cost, volume, profit relationships as you create the sales and expenses budget for 3 years. Business Plan case study review and discussion.

Discover how to effectively present land, equipment, capital, and labor requirements. Learn how to package your funding request to ensure your expectations are realized.

Includes "Ultimate Business Plan" software application and textbook.
